Space Allocation

We had a Windycon meeting at the new hotel tonight where we headed off in a discussion of space allocation after the meeting. This is something we haven't had to cope with (mostly) for a long time, because we were in the Westin for a very long time and very little was moved after the first year or two.

Progress is being made. Nothing is settled, but progress is being made.
