Day Off

Today's festivities included upgrading the software on my car radio during a trip to Menard's that became urgent when the support on part of the basement staircase banister gave way. Since it was the only section of the banister that *hadn't* been repaired since we moved in, I suppose it was due.

So I have new supports for the banister. And I got two loads of laundry done.

A good day off, I think.
