Mall It

Julie wanted a big pretzel, so we drove out to Woodfield Mall this afternoon to go to the Auntie Anne's there. The place was an absolute zoo, leading me to believe that the Northwest suburbs of Chicago have declared the pandemic to be over, masks notwithstanding.

But the pretzels were good when we got them home. :)

Today's home improvement project was finally getting the towel bar back on the wall in the back bathroom upstairs. We'll see how long it stays there. I really need to do a good solid patch on the wall, but that requires a lot of work; the patch I did may or may not hold.

I will, at this point, take small victories...
