Surprise!

I am becoming woefully tired of surprises. Mostly because they just seem to make more work for me.

On the other hand, I was able to take care of this one in only about half-an-hour, so that's probably better than average.

In Other News

According to Zillow, the house my family once rented in Hawthorne CA is worth just shy of a million dollars.

While I am fond of the weather in Southern California, I am not *nearly* that fond of it.
