One Step Forward

Happily, the refrigerator has been convinced to cool the refrigeration compartment again today. By the time the defrost cycle finished, I even managed to get some work done late last night. (Since I figured I would sleep better if I knew that it was starting to cool off again, which it did.)

I expect that we still will need to replace it sooner rather than later, but being able to delay the replacement until suitable refrigerators are actually in stock again would be very helpful. Right now, the best-fit refrigerator that I can find wouldn't show up here until mid-July.
