Well, That Hurts

Apparently, I managed to tweak my back while mixing yesterday and now have a fine case of sciatica running down into my right leg. This is annoyingly unpleasant.

I am now trying to pamper the system and convince the unhappy nerve to quiet down. We'll see how this goes.
