Today was the day for our annual APBA baseball draft. I was drafting seventh out of eight teams in a year where very little quality hitting was available in the draft, nor any quality starting pitching (because we limit the number of quality starters available), but a whole lot of quality relief pitching.
As it happened, I have a lot of quality starting pitching, a reasonable starting lineup with a weak outfield, and a highly questionable, but young bench. This made drafting entertaining, because I felt forced into a position to try to reset for 2016 while remaining as competitive as possible this year.
( So it went like this )
We'll see how the reloading goes... :)
