Here In North Carolina
May. 29th, 2014 08:06 pmWe had an easy flight down from Chicago. John from the concom picked us up and brought us to the hotel where we checked in and then went out to survey the lay of the land.
The ConCarolinas hotel is next to an urban development that is, in part, the equivalent of a huge outdoor food court. With around 1200 people expected this weekend, they may never know what hit them.
Later, we met Larry and Deborah for dinner. Afterward, we went back to the room and made sure that our set lists were in good shape.
And shortly, it will be time to call home and say goodnight to little girls. :)
