Whole New Vistas

You have to understand that I receive a pretty fair number of bogus bug reports. So I got a report that said that our new client app that we're busy testing for the next release would shut down when you opened the Save As dialog and changed the file type. I was naturally skeptical and I couldn't duplicate the problem, but we had a number of glitches around missing directories, as we've rearranged the directory structure for the upcoming release, so just maybe it had something to do with that. I added some safety code and asked the tester to try again.

And the bug came back.
( the very next day. The bug came back, I thought it was a goner, but the bug came back. It just wouldn't stay away... )
