Help, Mr. Wizard!

I wrote a wizard control for our application so that we could have a bit of consistency in the implementation. Unfortunately, it doesn't yet work in Design Mode for Windows Forms. I've found a number of recipes for fixing that, so it looks like that will be tomorrow's first problem.

Tools. Gotta have 'em.
