There's a Tape for Us...

Unfortunately, I'm still not sure where. The e-mail trail indicates that it went from Wulf's wife, Ann, to min0taur and Sally in mid-March. What we're having trouble reconstructing at this point is whether or not the tape went to FilkONtario and, if so, whether it got to us.

This is understandable, because Barry and Sally were worrying about their guest gig with Wild Mercy and we were chasing around small children. None of these are good for long-term memory. :)

I've found three unlabeled ADAT tapes in my studio that were recorded on. One had a bare vocal of Barry singing "Whistling in the Dark" which may have been used when we were putting together Tempus Fugitives. Or not.

I also found two tapes which contain the raw recordings for Walk on the Windy Side, the CD that daisy_knotwise and I put together for Windycon some years ago when shsilver was chairing. There are a few random things on the end of one of the tapes that were probably thrown there because it was handy blank space: a scratch track of me singing "Promises" and one that appears to be Dorotha singing "Giant".

But so far, no Wulf and Juanita tracks.

We'll keep looking.

In the meantime, the studio is now cleaner than it's been in years. :)
