And Then The Screen Went Black
Nov. 19th, 2010 10:54 pmMy main home computer seems to be shutting down at random. This is not so good.
I'm monitoring the CPU temperature and that seems to be ok, so I don't think it's the source of the problem, although I'm having some doubts about the fan on the heatsink, because I'm hearing a periodic rattling noise. It's also possible there's a power supply problem.
Neither one of these is a wonderful thing. Now if I could just figure out what's actually broken...
