Your Faith In Me Is Touching
Jan. 12th, 2010 10:39 pmJulie has learned a new trick. She stands up on the end table next to my chair, smiles at me, and falls in my direction. I catch her under both arms. She smiles and giggles, climbs out of my lap, back onto the end table, and does it again.
Lather, rinse, repeat.
I've tried to explain to her that there is the possibility that I might not be paying sufficient attention to what she's doing and could fail to catch her. She finds this argument unpersuasive. *sigh*
My thumbs could stand to avoid the strain.
