Today, I finished writing a test plan for a new feature that I put in our product. Normally, the QE staff would write the test plan, but they're running a bit behind, so I said I'd do it. The good news is that I found and fixed a bug while writing and executing the test plan. The bad news is that the bug managed to survive this long, but since it's never escaped into the field, we'll call that a success.

As it happened, I found the bug in my very first test case, because I said to myself, "What's most likely to break?" and tested that first.
