Mixing Toward Orion

Back to the basement and into the studio tonight (finally!) to resume mixing Falling Toward Orion. I touched up New Frontier and Winter Waltz to clean up the reverb, while I adjusted several levels on Power, which hadn't yet had a first round of touchup.

It appears that the songs that I touched up most recently are slightly louder than the other songs that I mixed earlier, which is not a surprise. I just need to balance all the appropriate levels on the nine or so songs I haven't gone after yet.

I was also reminded tonight that it's good to start on your insert early so that you can put in all the things you forgot on the first pass. And, no, I'm not going to tell you what I managed to space on at midnight when I was laying the thing out. :)
