Health Would Be Good

Unfortunately, daisy_knotwise seems to be coming down with something, so we'll try to get her some more rest. (Big help I am!)

On the other hand, I finally did manage to limp into the shower today, which was a good thing for everyone. And I could probably go downstairs with a single crutch if I really had to, but I think we'll wait until the stitches come out Tuesday for that.

My new boss is going to be in the office on Wednesday and Thursday and I'd really like to be able to crawl in there to meet with him at least briefly, since it's been a few years since I've seen him. But we'll see what condition I'm in next week. And by the end of next week, I should be in a minivan on the way to FilkOntario, if all goes according to plan.

In other news, Katie was being pretty stubborn about going to sleep last night and got a whole new selection of songs, including And I Love Her and Roller Derby Queen. We're thinking that she's threatening teething...
