No News Is Good News
Feb. 6th, 2007 02:53 pmSaw the orthopedic surgeon again today. We discussed surgery and concluded that it won't be happening until after FilkOntario and Thing, as he doesn't want me taking a long car trip (or two) shortly after surgery. And he's written me a prescription for a hinged knee brace, which would probably be a very good thing.
He also was distressed by the amount of fluid retention in my lower left leg and foot and sent me off to the hospital for a venous doppler to make sure that I didn't have a clot that was causing it. Happily, no clot.
Yay!
