The Opposite of Congress (Bad Knee Edition)

Well, I actually made progress on some work issues today, the laptop being relatively well-behaved (once I convinced it that it did know how to connect to the home wireless network). I'm expecting to be back at work on Monday, albeit hobbling around.

The knee is still pretty swollen. daisy_knotwise and I went down to visit Dr. Bob, Anne, and family this evening so he could sign off on a temporary disabled placard for the car, which will greatly improve my parking situation at work until the knee improves. Bob wants to know what the MRI showed (as do I), but we haven't heard from the knee doc yet, so I'll probably call on Monday.

And this did give them a chance to meet Katie, who was busy being an incredibly cute 10-week old baby.
