Great Balls of Snow!
Feb. 24th, 2012 11:48 pmWe got about three or four inches of very heavy wet snow. Heart attack snow, basically, but if you use a pusher shovel, it's pretty manageable.
It also packs like a dream.
Julie dressed herself today, in a too-small Halloween t-shirt and biker shorts. And then she put on her pink coat, pink gloves, and pink boots and set out to make a snowman.
Our yard is now full of enormous snowballs. Some of them are over a foot in diameter. All of them are too heavy for Julie to lift.
Tomorrow, I will have to start making stacks of three...

I don't mean to scare you... well, maybe I do. My Dad had a history of heart attacks. He bought a snow-thrower to spare his heart. He died of heart attack number four, staggering into the kitchen from pushing it. He was not yet 50.
(God, I'm posting a lot of medical advice the last couple of days. All from the heart.)
