I continue working on the purchase of the new van and am narrowing options.

Now, if we can just find the title to the old van...

This is the reason I had to get a small safe. All of the vehicle titles, people's birth certificates and our marriage certificate are in there. Otherwise we would never locate anything.

My titles are in the Auto file(s); either the current year (in the file cabinet in the dining room) or everything else (previous years) upstairs in my office. Which is why I looked in exactly two places when Spencer asked if I knew where the title to the little black car was... it has been taken away to a junk yard in exchange for $350. This filing process took me a while to figure out, but what is in place now seems to be working.

Good luck with the van and Sue and I will probably get one when something happens to the Escape. We travel to Cons a lot with Phil and Jane and it would be nice to have more room for people and instruments and luggage. Sue's brother just bought a red grand caravan with a lot of the whistles and bells and I got a ride in it. Very cool! Have not done much recording work lately as I have been very sick with the flu plus I have some issues with lack of feeling to my toes and have had tests done and they are sending me to a vascular surgeon. So life sucks right now along with getting old ( i now have hearing aids) Hugs to you all.

Yeah, we had that same problem with my old car. The title is probably still somewhere in the garage. Turns out you can actually just fill out some paperwork, give the state some extra money and be done with it.
