billroperAs I picked up the assortment of stuffed animals that Katie and Julie had strewn about their combined bedroom today and tossed them onto the bed, I told Katie that she needed to hang up the two costumes that she'd worn today for maybe 15 minutes each and put them back in the closet so they wouldn't get dirty. Katie informed me that this was too difficult for her. I told her that she would not get a story until she hung them up, so if she didn't want a story, I was going to go take out the recycling.
The wailing was tremendous.
The recycling has gone out in the snow (with only one painful misstep on my still-recovering ankle). The wailing continued until![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
daisy_knotwise intervened to suggest to her that hanging up the clothes really wasn't that hard.
She's now showing Katie how to put the clothes back on a hanger.
I suspect there will be a story soon. :)
