This article tells how researchers saw subjects with high blood pressure drop 12 points off their systolic and 9 points off their diastolic blood pressure by eating 3.5 ounces of really dark chocolate every day.

I'm sure that many of you will be happy to hear this. :)

When I first heard this I thought it was cool. Of course I didn't hear the whole thing. I just heard chocolate, imagine my disapointment when I heard the dark part. I love dark chocolate, it hates me, it's a bif migraine trigger. Of course I'm lucky I tend toward hypotension anyway. I think if I droped that much of my normal I might not have much of a blood pressure.

Hm. Hmmmmm. Not as much a dark chocolate fan as Anne, but I'll bet I could acquire the taste. Does it have any footnotes involving Mounds bars...?

I am extatic.
If I ever develope high blood pressure I'll know, it was NOT my chocolate eating habits.
