It's Baseball Season

billroperI'm finally getting out to my first Cubs game of the season tonight along with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
samwinolj. I missed Opening Day, because I was on my way back from Toronto after FilKONtario. I missed the games the following weekend, because the baseball draft was on Sunday and I wasn't going to abandon daisy_knotwise and the girls for two weekend days in a row to go see the Cubs play. And I skipped last night's game in favor of tonight's, because there's half-price pizza at Salerno's on Monday night. :)
So here we are.
I think I'll take my heavy jacket. It's looking a bit chilly and windy outside, despite that wonderful bright sunshine.
