Pulling the Chips Off the Table

Last week, I pondered (with your assistance) when to cash in my stock options in Company C. And as I prepare to head out to FilkOntario (and two trading days where I'll be away from the computer), I decided to take advantage of today's price bump and cash out by simultaneously exercising the options and selling the stock.

The options had only two weeks left until their expiration date, so I doubt I'm missing a lot of upside. And knowing that there's no longer a downside is a good thing.

There's been a lot of downside lately.
