billroperThe just-slightly-smaller house three doors over from ours is on the market here. Apparently, he's added a bedroom and a full bath in the basement. I didn't know that it was legal to add a bedroom in the basement, but...
I'm thinking he may be a bit optimistic in his pricing. If not, then this house is worth a lot more than I thought it was.
