Yes, this is an ad. But on the other hand, it's got John Cleese. And on the gripping hand, you can always press the third button that you really shouldn't press...

I've been wondering what the company paid for that.

Is John Cleese still running Media Arts, the Chicago-based production company that produces humorours training films for business?

Yes, well *my* company could have used that advise about three years ago. A 3 inch pipe burst in the NOC over the weekend, spraying everything and hosing 2 AS400's, racks of gear, etc. No problem, go to IBM disaster center for new AS400, and restore from tape from the two offsite backups.

What do you mean, the tape backup has been hosed since Thursday??? No problem, have someone fly the hard drives to IBM's data recovery center and get the data off...

For some things, there is MasterCard, but IBM's bill is bigger... (cost slightly under priceless)

And on the other gripping hand...

...take a close listen to the guy who plays Twain Weck's boss. ST:TNG fans will be able to tell who it is, even with the (lack of) makeup.
