I just finished retyping and putting together a set of proposed revisions for the 14 page ISFiC bylaws.

There's enough boilerplate there to run a Worldcon. And I suspect that's where most of the boilerplate came from...

Actually, this was more of a case of trying to avoid an argument (and a meeting at my house). We've been trying to get the bylaws to conform with our current practices, since they haven't been revised in years. So I've swatted what we know are the bugs and have posted them out to the board to see what the complaints are.
