This Is No Way to Run a Diet

billroperThe last two nights, I've gotten out of work between 9 and 10 PM after a lunch of either a Frozen Brick of Food (TM) or a salad with a cut up chicken breast on top. Needless to say, I want my dinner by then. But that's no hour to be eating that much food.
