FenCon: Day 2

I'm stealing time after the Dealers' Room opens and before daisy_knotwise and Katie arrive to check out LJ. So far, so good.

We're having a good time -- if a bit tired! This is the most mobile that Katie's been at a con, so we're doing a fair amount of chasing around. As a result, I crashed out early from the filk last night so I'd be vaguely coherent today. It was being a good filk...

And I have a concert later today, which means Gretchen will be Katie wrangling by herself, although Helen Montgomery is here and has offered to help. I'm thinking that might be a good hour. :)

Baby-wrangling definitely changes the way you have to approach conventions. Bringing a kid up in fandom is certainly worth the trouble, though; our chaoswolf is well on her way to SMOFdom at 22.
