Printer Grumbling

So I went to replace the transfer kit on my Color LaserJet with the one that I ordered on-line. Unfortunately, the little gear on the transfer roller just pops off trivially, which doesn't strike me as a good thing to have happen. So I'm having a little conversation with them.
