All the Myriad Ways

billroperI have a great many balls in the air at work simultaneously. Some of them are being correctly passed off to other players, but a few of them are bouncing across the floor. I have asked one of my co-workers to retrieve one of the balls, autograph it, and throw it back to the person on another team who might actually be able to solve the problem. We'll see how that goes.
We are, at least for now, socked in by cloud cover to the north, so we will not be seeing any aurorae short of the "Inconstant Moon" level tonight -- at least before I go to bed!
I got the call from the nurse at my doctor's office telling me what I should and should not do as Monday and lithotripsy approach. The good news is that I'm doing all of the right things so far.
The problem with work being busy and my not planning to go to Marcon is that the combination is leaving me blocked on songwriting. Unfortunately, I have several things bouncing around my head that I am itching to write, a situation not improved by going to the band/chorus concert last night, because that sort of thing just makes me itch more to get the song out of my head and into fixed form.
I suspect something will give shortly.
I wonder if I can wrangle a GS-Mini and the laundry basket to the basement at the same time...
