Pain In the Back

billroperThe new flooring contractor came by this morning, took measurements, and has promised me an estimate and a start date by tomorrow. Because Gretchen is tired of the whole process, she has recruited Yet Another Flooring Contractor from an Internet list to come give us an estimate tomorrow.
In the meantime, I have been working from the basement for two weeks now and my back sorely (literally!) misses my desk chair. It does not yet miss it enough to haul it down two flights of stairs, but given how bad my back was last night, I am seriously thinking about it.
