Two Steps Forward, One Step Back

I'm making good progress on my current project. Unfortunately, I'm not quite satisfied with the way that one of the subsystems came together. It's much better than it was, but not as nice as I'd like it to be, so I'm going to step back and add another layer to it tomorrow. After that, it should be doing things the way I'd like to have them done.
