Brisket Today, Turkey Tomorrow

Tonight, we had an absolutely lovely brisket for dinner. Tomorrow, we have a turkey breast.

There will be leftover meat for days. (Darn!)

And Ruby was quite happy with the trimmed bits of cooked brisket fat that I mixed into her kibble...
