Two Down

I went to the dentist this morning to have him take a look at my bad tooth. As I expected, we decided to pull it. So I'm now down both rear lower molars, one on each side, and bilateral symmetry is restored.

Pulling it was a good idea. The tooth has been fractured for years and we've been babying it along. When he first tried to pull it, the entire top of the tooth separated from the roots and fell into two halves with an accompanying bad smell.

It'll take a while to get used to it not being there, but it was definitely time for it to go.

Bags are packed and ready to go into the car, so as soon as we manage that, tossing out the garbage, and getting the girls into the car too, we should be on our way.
