catalana and I spent some time experimenting with Frankenbass, my electric baritone guitar that's set up as a six-string bass, and found that the way that I fingerpick it will fit quite nicely behind Saturday Nights, Ruins, and Here To You. Yay! It certainly sounded good to us and to daisy_knotwise. And I've often wanted to be able to play an instrument that I could successfully accompany someone with.

sexybass reports that he chained decadentdave to a chair in his studio over the weekend and that good progress has been made on the tracks for Erica's new album, tentatively titled Hello, Stranger. Yay again!

(Ok, so he didn't actually chain him to the chair... :) )

No, not that we survived the car trip to Marcon after our pre-boarding Mexican dinner. (Although we did.)

Apparently, the development project has been postponed and Taqueria Fiesta, our local favorite Mexican restaurant, will be open for several more months.
