Where Has All the VM Gone?

Since before I left for Hawaii, we've been trying to find out what's consuming all of the Virtual Memory in our Server app during a consolidation. I think that I figured it out today.

But I have to run a couple of consolidations that take an hour or more each to see if I'm right.
