billroperIf I understand correctly, last night's Presidential press conference was originally scheduled for 7:30 CT. But when I sat down for dinner and flipped on the TV shortly before that, I found that the press conference had actually started at 7:00 CT.
I can only assume that this is because NBC would have been unwilling to preempt Friends, but was deliriously happy to preempt both Joey and Will and Grace. I'm just surprised that no one had told the White House about this earlier.
