The DVR (a.k.a. "Guy Box") is back to randomly deleting items from the schedule again, although it no longer appears to be limited to 8 items. Toshiba Technical Support needs to be beaten with a stick.

Or failing that, I hope things can be worked out, that's got to be amazingly frustrating.

And TiVo is coming out with a multi-tuner High Definition Box I believe in 3Q this year.

Actually, to paraphrase Dr. Evil, they should be put in a burlap bag and beaten. Not just tech support, but engineering as well.
