Last night's filk went really well and everyone had a good time. The Filk Film Crew was here and got some good footage of a house filk to incorporate in their documentary.

We're now waiting for everyone to wake up (since we didn't get to bed until 4 AM) so we can go get some lunch and start recording tarkrai before he disappears into Germany. :)

*laugh* recording ... aha :) I hope he sounds better today than one would expect from someone who's filked all night, went to bed by 4am etc. *grin*

Oh, and ... of course, assorted "HUGS!!!", "wah, wish I could have been there, too" and "miss you guys!!!" utterances from someone who's sick at home ... (self-pity? meee? never :))

I hadn't been to a sing since Worldcon 1986 in Atlanta. The quality of the material is way up, and though I'm not fond of ose, that's just me.

Sorry that you're both in Germany and feeling lousy this weekend. It would have been fun to see you.

And I'm sorry that I'm unable to make it over for the wedding. If we weren't expecting a baby right then, things would be different. On the other hand, I'm very happy to be expecting the baby...

I don't know yet, as they're still recording. But when I hear about it, I'll mention it here.
