Every so often FedEx tries to talk my company into using them for small packages, my office sends out a couple 100 thousand a year.
I always ask the same question.
If I ship a package from Iowa to Los Angeles on Monday, when will it arrive. the answer is usually 4-7 days. My reply to that is "UPS says it will deliver Friday, why should we FedEx?" They generally don't have an answer.
If I want to send a letter overnight, I go FedEx. I hate using them for anything else.
