Big Wheel Keeps On Turning
Since the day of this post when I had a bit of insomnia that got me up early one morning, I have been on the exercycle every workday morning save for the one when I was sick and had a fever that had just broken. (This doesn't count either Labor Day or the day that I took off when driving down to ConText.)
