Crap

They just transferred the product manager who has been working on this product for the past eight years. This means I'm the only one left who has a lot of experience with how the thing hangs together. This is not good.

Stupid Compiler Tricks

If I'm understanding this correctly, it looks like someone has managed to bollix the precompiled header settings for our big compile so that every file in the compile regenerated the precompiled header file. I've fixed this now and am watching the recompilation.

No wonder the compiles were taking so long...

Meanwhile, On the Bleeding Red Front...

In the first game of the NLDS, the final score was Cards 8, Dodgers 3.

So far, so good. However, having watched the Cubs last year, I'm not counting any chickens before they hatch.

Found in the Trash

Rescued from the trashbin: five enormous boxes of a Nimlok trade show booth and two much more reasonably sized boxes of a Skyline trade show booth that were thrown out.

Well, now ISFiC Press will at least look like we know what we're doing. :)
